You can get the mobility you need without sacrificing coverage.

In 1988, the people behind Interlogic installed the first wireless data network in New Zealand to manage containers. That was the beginning. Today Interlogic's knowledge of outdoor and warehouse wireless applications is second to none.

When Ports of Auckland needed a new wireless operating environment that overcame the challenges of distance and deep radio voids between containers, they turned to Interlogic. Interlogic had installed their first wireless system 12 years ago, and when it came time to upgrade, they again turned to Interlogic for innovation.

Interlogic's solution - mounting access points on 30 metre high light towers. Now Ports of Auckland have a wireless LAN that's increased accuracy, productivity, and equipment utilisation.

As well as Ports, Interlogic's wireless systems are used in Pulp and Paper Mills, Steel Mills, Freezer applications, and high uptime WMS systems.

Since 1988 Interlogic have developed a close working relationship with LXE - a US manufacturer of high end wireless DATA systems and Ports of Auckland's supplier of choice.
