Interlogic as a stand-alone company was established in February 2002. It's the result of the Management buyout of the Logistics Systems Division of an international IT organisation with diverse business interests.

This Logistics Systems Division grew into a group dealing with Industrial, Wireless, and Robotics - areas that had little commonality with the rest of the other IT business units.

When the parent company undertook globalisation of their business interests, it seemed natural for the management of the Logistics Systems Division to continue their passion for implementing world-class logistics solutions as an entity in their own right. They did this with the full support of the parent company.

Whilst the name Interlogic is relatively new, the people behind the company have a proud heritage of creation and innovation.

In 1988, they installed New Zealand's first private wireless data network. In 1996, they installed New Zealand's first horizontal carousel.

Today, Interlogic is proud to offer specialised software, equipment, and knowledge and to deliver solutions targeted at logistics. These include industrial strength wireless systems, warehouse management systems and advanced material handling equipment.
